It’s more than a brand. It’s a way of living your life, your way. We make comfy clothes with soul, inspired by Bali and designed to help you slow down, feel good, and stay true to yourself.
Everything’s made in Bali with love. We work with local artisans who put care into every stitch. You’ll feel the good energy as soon as you wear it.
Mainly natural stuff like cotton, bamboo, linen and rayon. We keep it soft, durable and as kind to the planet as we can. Basically: feels good, does good.

Yep. Free shipping kicks in from US$30 in Indonesia, US$160 in Asia/Australia, and US$180 elsewhere.
Express: 6–10 business days. Depends on where you are. Either way, we’ll keep you posted.
Returns:
At Moon Rocks, we want you to feel good with what you wear.
That’s why we’ll always take care of you if something goes wrong:
• If your item has a quality defect, or
• If you received the wrong product,
we’ll happily replace it or refund you — and of course, we’ll cover all the costs.
That said, we want to be super transparent: import taxes in Indonesia are extremely high. In many cases, bringing a product back into the country costs more than the product itself.
Because of this, if your order is correct (right size, color, and style, and no quality issue), we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges are possible only if the product is faulty or incorrect.
• For all other cases, we can’t offer exchanges — so please check our size guide carefully before ordering to make sure you find your perfect fit.
If your item is defective or incorrect
1. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@moonrocks.es.
2. Share your order number, a short description, and a couple of photos.
3. Our team will review your case and set you up with a solution, easy and free of charge. How do I return my purchase?

Returns generally take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse depending on your geographic location. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
Refunds
Here's how we refund - if you paid via:
- Credit Card, PayPal or 2checkout: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
- Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher. Please note, courtesy vouchers aren't included in this, as they are a courtesy for you being such an excellent customer!
Refund Process Time:
- We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works.
